Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are "Out for Delivery". Once the order has left the store, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel an order, go to your "Orders" section or contact our support team immediately.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged or rotten items received.
  • Incorrect items delivered.
  • Missing items in the order.

Note: Quality issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) via Razorpay.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Items cannot be returned or refunded if the customer provided an incorrect address or was unavailable at the time of delivery.

Important: Fresh produce quality can vary by season. We do our best to source the finest quality from local farmers.
