By accessing or using the FARMZY marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Marketplace Transactions
FARMZY provides a platform for farmers to list crops and consumers to purchase them. We act as a facilitator and are not a party to the transactions beyond providing the technical platform and payment processing support via Razorpay.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are determined by the sellers (farmers) or the platform guidelines. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
5. Delivery and Fulfillment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the produce matches the description provided on the marketplace at the time of purchase.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of Liability
FARMZY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
